Most of the eastern cultures have had some form of meditation as a way to understand the mystical forces of nature, to understand the deeper meaning of life. In today’s world, meditation has come to mean a way to reduce stress, a way to control the continuous mind-chatter, a way to quieten the mind.

Buddhist meditation techniques focus on building awareness through meditation, like the Vipassana Meditation technique – which aspires to help practitioners see things as they are.
