Don’t use harsh water and harsh soaps as they dry out the skin. Always use gentle or mild soaps and bathe in warm water. After washing your skin pat it dry instead of rubbing it dry. This helps in maintaining moisture. Smoking increases the chances of skin ageing.Threfore, don’t smoke.
3. Skin Care after 40
The signs of ageing become more pronounced as one approach 40.Flaws can be seen in the morning, evening and even in candlelight. Switch to richer, creamier products when it comes to your moisturisers, cleansers and toners. Exfoliate regularly.Also; monitor your hormone levels when menopause starts appearing as they can cause skin eruptions.
