Don’t use harsh water and harsh soaps as they dry out the skin. Always use gentle or mild soaps and bathe in warm water. After washing your skin pat it dry instead of rubbing it dry. This helps in maintaining moisture. Smoking increases the chances of skin ageing.Threfore, don’t smoke.
